How do I create an account?
Click 'Get Started' anywhere on the site. Enter your name, email, and password — that's it.
How do I enroll in a course?
Browse the catalog, pick a course, and click 'Enroll Now.' Pay via mobile money, bank transfer, or card. Access is instant.
Do I need any prior experience?
No. Every course is labeled by level — Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced.
Can I preview a course before buying?
Most courses have a free preview lesson. Look for the 'Preview' label on the course page.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
Mobile money (Airtel, TNM Mpamba), bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard — all via Paychangu.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We never store your card details or mobile money PIN. Paychangu handles all processing with bank-grade encryption.
How do refunds work?
7-day money-back guarantee. Email support@brandfletch.com within 7 days if you've completed less than 25%.
Can I get an invoice?
Every purchase generates an invoice in your Purchase History. Custom invoices available on request.
Courses & Learning
How long do I keep course access?
Forever. One payment, lifetime access. No subscriptions, no expiry.
Can I download course videos?
Videos are streamed only. Templates, worksheets, and PDFs can be downloaded.
How long does a course take?
Most courses range from 2-8 hours of video content, plus exercises at your own pace.
Can I learn on mobile?
Yes. The platform works on phone, tablet, and laptop. No app needed.
Certificates
How do I earn a certificate?
Complete all required lessons and pass the final quiz with at least 70%.
Are certificates recognized?
Brandfletch certificates are recognized by employers across Malawi and the region.
Can I share on LinkedIn?
Yes. Your certificate page has an 'Add to LinkedIn' button.
I didn't get my certificate.
Ensure you passed the final quiz (70%+) and completed all lessons. If still missing, email support.
Affiliate Program
How do I become an affiliate?
Go to Student Dashboard → Referral Program. Share your unique link and earn commission.
How much do I earn?
Commission rates are displayed in your Referral Dashboard.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid out once they reach MWK 10,000.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are prohibited.
Account & Technical
I forgot my password.
Click 'Sign In' then 'Forgot Password.' Enter your email for a reset link.
How do I change my email or name?
Go to Student Dashboard → Settings to update your profile.
The site isn't loading properly.
Try clearing your browser cache, using an updated browser, or switching networks.
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@brandfletch.com from your registered email requesting deletion.
