Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using edu.brandfletch.com (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Brandfletch Business Academy is operated by Brandfletch Media, registered in Blantyre, Malawi.

Your Account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • Keep your password secure — you are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Do not share your account credentials with others.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Course Purchases & Access

Pricing: Course prices are displayed in Malawian Kwacha (MWK) and may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

Payment: We process payments via Paychangu (mobile money, bank transfer, card). Course access is granted upon successful payment confirmation.

Lifetime access: Each course purchase grants lifetime access to that course's content, including future updates.

Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee. If you've completed less than 25% of the course and it's not what you expected, email support@brandfletch.com within 7 days for a full refund.

Group purchases: Custom terms may apply for bulk enrollments.

Course Content & Intellectual Property

  • All course content is owned by Brandfletch Business Academy or the respective instructor.
  • You may not download, copy, redistribute, resell, or share course content without written permission.
  • You may use templates and resources for your own business, but not resell them.
  • Recording or screen-capturing course videos is prohibited.
  • Infringement may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Certificates

Certificates are issued when you complete all required lessons and pass the final quiz (minimum 70% score).

Certificates are digital, verifiable, and non-transferable. Misrepresenting a certificate may result in account termination.

Affiliate Program

  • You earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through your referral link.
  • Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the course price (less taxes and fees).
  • Self-referrals are prohibited.
  • Spamming or fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of commissions.
  • Commissions are paid out once they reach MWK 10,000.

Instructor Terms

  • You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to host and deliver it.
  • Revenue share and payout terms are defined in your instructor agreement.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and quality of your course content.
  • We reserve the right to remove courses that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, instructors, or staff.
  • Post spam, promotional content, or malicious links in forums or comments.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials, referrals, or discounts.
  • Scrape or automated-extract course data without permission.

Platform Availability

We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Brandfletch Business Academy is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, you lose access to purchased courses unless the termination was our error.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Blantyre, Malawi.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as our platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the homepage.
